Harvest
Harvesting is the first step and one of the most important, since if we do not do it at the right time it can lose its quality.
Once the fruit is at its optimal point, we sweep it with our machinery and then take it to our facilities where we will clean it .


Cleaning
During cleaning, the green layer of the fruit is removed, leaving the nut uncovered, in order to discard those with imperfections.
Then we wash them with water and put them in containers to dry.
Drying
In the drying process, we first extract the moisture with cold air and later with hot air, for quality drying.
Once they are dry, we calibrate them.


Calibration of nuts
Using a rotating drum with holes of different diameters, they are selected according to their calibre:
+36, 36/34, 34/32, 32/30, -30
Ready for packaging.
Packing
For packaging, we pass the nuts from a hopper, using a conveyor belt, to the scale where we place the bag.
We weigh it, label it and sew it for sale.
